Tortini - small Italian torte


160 gr' dark chocolate

160 gr' soft butter

3 eggs + 3 yolk

1/3 C sugar

1/2 C flour



papper cups



In a small pot melt butter with chocolate.



Warm oven to 170*C (350*F). Whip eggs, eggs yolk and sugar to into fluffy mix.



Add flour and chocolate mixture.



Insert into each papper cup 3/4 up to half level.

Keep in fridge for 30 minutes or so.


Bake tortini for 17 minute. Put each tortini on a place. Serve with icecream. The best.


Great dessert for summer days.
