Just peel, spice and bake it. Easy dish and perfact fot those hot humid days.
3 - 4 peeled sweet potatos - cut to pcs
salt and white pepper
5 - 6 tabs. olive oil
pre heat oven to 400*F. Put baking sheet on oven pan.
Mix sweet potatos with spices and olive.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes.
